About Mrs Archer

Hello, I'm Shelley Archer; welcome to my cake emporium.

Baking has been in my family for generations. I am especially proud of my Great Grandad who, back in 1945, while in the RAF was lucky enough to work as a professional chef in the Bahamas for Edward VIII and Wallis Simpson. As you will see from the photos below, he provided some fantastic cakes and banquets.

I myself have been baking cakes since 2000 with heart and soul going into every single one that I have made.

All of my cakes are made from my home in Herne Bay, Kent as I am a great believer in good old fashioned home baking. With this also comes a relaxed, friendly atmosphere and I pride myself with being 100% professional and reliable.
